Locate Open & Short Circuits + Wire Tracing

VDIAGTOOL V200PRO supports MODE II. VDIAGTOOL V200PRO supports efficient circuit fault tracking and auxiliary diagnosis, serving as a practical tool for quickly locating vehicle circuit hidden faults. It can conduct continuous power supply detection on suspicious lines, and judge whether there is a hard short circuit or line overload fault according to the protection trigger state. For common vehicle faults such as blown fuses, abnormal circuit power failure and component power failure, this function can quickly lock the fault section.

Component Activation

VDIAGTOOL V200 Pro automotive power circuit tester allows you to easily activate and test both onboard and off-vehicle components. It supports activating electrical components such as lights, motors, wipers, cooling fans, relays, and fuel injectors. Polarity & Continuity Test

VDIAGTOOL V200PRO features a highly sensitive real-time polarity detection system designed for automotive electrical systems, eliminating the need for manual gear switching during circuit inspection. Equipped with dual-color LED indicators and a buzzer prompt system, it can instantly identify circuit polarity and circuit status during detection. The red light and high-frequency beep indicate positive voltage access, while the green light and low-frequency beep represent negative ground connection, and no signal means an open circuit.

MODE I: 4 Working Modes

Switch to Mode I, VDIAGTOOL V200PRO power circuit tester features four working modes: AC/DC voltage, resistance, and diode testing.

1) DC Voltage Test:

Measures 9–30V DC voltage with a resolution of 0.1V.

2) AC Voltage Test:

Quickly captures minimum and maximum values, duty cycle, and frequency.

3) Resistance Test:

Measures the resistance between the probe tip and the auxiliary ground lead, with a range of 8–100 kΩ.Determines whether an electrical circuit is complete or broken and if the resistance of a component matches the manufacturer's specification.

4) Diode Test:

Checks whether a diode is functioning properly by verifying current flow direction and integrity. Display the actual forward voltage of the diode when its conducting current.

Sensor & Signal Circuit Test
