 Return and exchange

 1- Return and exchange include all items if there is a technical defect in the item only.

 2- In the event of return and exchange, it is required that the product be in the same condition when purchased and wrapped in the original packaging, along with the original purchase receipt.

 3- In the event of returning an item sold with a promotional item, the promotional item must be returned in its original condition upon purchase, or the value of the promotional offer will be deducted from the refund amount.

 4- Return within three (3) days and exchange within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

 5- For orders through the site, receiving the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment is in good condition and free of defects.

 6- The customer must visit the institution’s headquarters to retrieve and exchange. If this is not possible, he sends the products through one of the shipping companies.

 Immediate replacement for defective devices

 1- We replace the device with a manufacturer defect within a period of 10 working days.

 2- It is required that the device be free from any scratches or misuse.

 3- The box must be brought with all accessories, accessories and usage manuals inside it.
